Terry Rivet, President/CEO has over 25 years of experience in the security industry as a long-time practitioner and all-around industry professional with expertise in commercial, industrial, and retail security applications. He has mastered demanding vertical markets that rely heavily on IP video, access control, intrusion detection, and intercommunications technologies, and is recognized as one of the foremost technical experts in the industry. As the President and Chief Executive Officer of Securitronics, Terry leads a team of trained and certified technicians, system designers, estimators, project managers, and executives. Headquartered in Rochester, New York, his team provides critical security solutions with technical response capabilities 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Mr. Rivet serves as the Northeast Regional Board of Directors Representative for PSA. PSA is the world’s largest electronic security cooperative. An organization that encompasses more than 200 electronic security systems integrators, aligning them with over 200 manufacturing vendor partners. Together, the PSA membership is responsible for over $2 billion in annual security systems design, installation, integration and maintenance of access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, fire, and life safety systems. Mark Robinson, Director of Operations, is actively involved with managing the installation and service personnel and on-going projects at Securitronics. Mark’s role is to review potential projects for appropriate parts and labor prior to the sale of the project. Once a project is sold he responsible for ordering, coordinating and scheduling all parts and employee labor until the project is complete and the system is commissioned. Mark is responsible for supervising and managing all Securitronics Technicians during the installation and service process. Mark has been a Securitronics employee since 2011 after spending 17 years in the juvenile detention field, and is a valuable member of the management team.
