My system has been installed, but now I have a problem with a component that is not functioning. What do I do?
Occasionally a system component may fail due to a variety of circumstances. If a component of your system fails or does not appear to be functioning correctly, call 1-800-795-3747 and provide us with the necessary information (your name, company, location, phone number, nature of the problem) and a service call will be opened. You will be contacted by a member of our service team who will schedule a time to be on-site to address your concerns.
I have a facility that is not in NYS, can Securitronics help with our security requirements?
Yes. Securitronics is a proud member of the PSA Network which gives us access to affiliate members across the United States.
